Search Engines
Link sites
Banner exchange services
Traffic systems
The old fashioned link exchanges
Regular advertising(Magazines, TV, Radio)
Payed ads (buy a spot at a popular site)
Webrings
And I for one can tell you that if used corrrectly they are a lot easier to make money from then TGP's
