Don't forget about free sites submitted to the big link lists like Persian Kitty and Green Guy Links, etc. AVS sites also bring in some really good quality traffic. CJ sites are the easiest to create and get big traffic from fast, too bad the scripts are so expensive, very easy to make one of these with just a bit of feeder traffic though. I'd have to agree with Wolfshade, toplists are good too if you can find some that aren't run by or ruined by cp & cheaters.
