The best adult free host I can think of is Pornoz.com
They add a small text table at the top of their pages and a text link at the bottom. They are honest and their pages load super fast. They don't slow their pages with slow loading banners and buttons.
One problem...they are not accepting new sites at the time. BUT keep a watch out, they will be accepting new sites soon.
