I think that Acacia has seen how futile it is to target the affiliate webmaster, and instead, now focus on the sponsors (which should have been the target anyways).

I have chatted with several affiliate webmasters who paid the license.. unfortunate for them..but didn't the money to fight, so they had to just take it.



Fight the Targeting!
Should the sponosrs be the target or should the software producers such as Microsoft and RealPlayer shoulder the legal expense? When I buy a Ford Ranger, I don't expect the J. A. Pan Company to sue me over the breaking sytem I'm using.
