Psychological Way. Get back at them with Lies:
If I walked in on her? I'd walk slowly and quietly behind them while there busy. I'd tap her on the shoulder and whisper in her ear "having fun?". Then I'd look at the guy and say "hi". Go back to my wife and say in a casual tone "Honey, I just got my bloodtest back. Turns out that Im HIV positive. What are the chances eh?". Then I'd walk away...
I'd take a long vacation. Turn off my cell phone and leave them to suffer in there own fear and uncertainty. Thing is the virus sometimes takes quite a while to show up on tests. So for that period they'll be living in misery.
