Ideas cannot be protected (except by an NDA), so when a good idea comes your way, dont feel bad for taking it.
Ideas are meant for the taking... even if they're not yours! Jump on it quick, and jump on it hard... and make the Idea actually worth something, while others are still thinking about it. =)
