AlienQ, like I said I thought you were talking about a mainstream job and your employer would not read it. However, you phrased a generic opinion where your employer knows you post and didn?t describe the work atmosphere in a productive way.
I am not sure what I would do in a situation like this, but I do know I wouldn?t want someone to bring it on the boards.
