Sounds like you need to contact them and get it worked out asap. It may be that your address doesn't fit the conformities of how they have their software set up perhaps to accept addresses. Some European ones for instance are very odd and if the software is set up to handle only the US format it may not print out on the checks.
They should be able to clear it up easy enough or at least tell you they will have to hand address them. They may not even be aware of the problem in the correct office there in order to fix it for future issues.
