Ya know I love ya...the best advice I can give you, since you are not involved with the dialer fiasco, is to stay out of it.
There is already an active thread on this...huge pissing match.
Bottom line. Public forums are a very tricky medium to air grievances. It is almost always better to not do so, unless you feel VERY STRONGLY that your fellow webmasters might fall into a trap. Then, of course, it is appreciated.
This is a "do you support Snow or do you support Whomever?" kinda thing.
My (granted not asked for
) advice is to read all. There are many that support Snow, a few that don't. Make your decisions from there, on your own accord.
Posting it to the forums can either shed light on a cheater OR tarnish the reputation of a webmaster cuz somebody had a prob with him, ya know? Very tricky business.
My opinion... I like Snow and don't want to think that he would cheat anyone. But, this isn't math..there is no definitive answer, it all comes down to who you believe.
To re-iterate (after a lengthy diatribe lol) is it is almost always best to not publically air grievances of people that you do not know or trust...unless you have first hand knowledge and even then, proceed with caution. You may very well be slandering an honest webmaster just because a "cheater" decided to publish his side of things.
