If you are focusing on TGP and freesite submissions, make a list with links to all the TGP's that you submit to, and use an automatic form filler to submit faster, make gallery templates that will be easy foryou to alter quickly.
If you run paysites, use a software that will let you update all your pay sites quickly.
No matter what you're focusing on, you should set some time aside to create work routines that will save you more time in the long run.
