In all actuality this is a case of, "It just did not work out" and its not up to us to dissect the why's. Everyone has the right to speak their mind, and I have yet to not see ramifications for doing so.
This issue is between AlienQ and Leslie, and if they work it out, thats great and if they do not, there is nothing odd about admitting incompatibilities for what ever reason exists.
I would chalk this up to creative indifferences, and hope they part friends and family.
Alien established himself years ago in the design world and has done well.
Leslie has established herself as a chica' with brains and has done consulting work for BabeNet, the former company known as CyberErotica, and is in management with VIVID which was probably the first video comany you jacked off too :-)))
Sometimes the best of skill talent is not compatible with a certain team build, it happens all the time in the corporate world.
The words were spoken well above when it was basically stated when you join a particular organization it is implied you do it according to their protocol.....that is correct. If you cannot, it will not work out.....
It does not mean either party is a failure, all it means is it was not a match made in heaven, and the relationship ends hopefully on a positive note.
If one flavor met all criteria in the world of business, 31 flavors would have never been appealing as ice cream.
AlienQ is delictable designer but not the flavor Leslie had hoped for. Does not make AlienQ a bad choice of taste, it just means Leslie remains on the hunt currently for a more palletable choice.
If I had to relate myself to a flavor, I would probably say I am a cross between dill pickle and Godiva :-))
