Strange. I wonder if he was still in shape. It reminds me of when running guru James Fixx died of a heart attack while running - although it turned out he had a genetic defect and running probably extended his life.
There is so much science doesn't know about heart attacks. Now many are saying cholesterol levels aren't really that important, but inflammation, C reactive protein, and vein/artery rigidity are much more important factors.
