I admit I'm a little mad man and you'd be as well if you found that a thief had been using your shoots illegally to promote other sites for over 2 years. The last time I spoke to ARS about you was on 5th March 2004 when I found a site that used my pics to sell an ARS Indian site.. The result was that the webmaster thought they were legal as you gave them to him saying they were yours... That webmaster and I are now good buddies
As for you only having my pics on 3 or 4 galleries.. Do you want me to post all the DMCA notices I've served on you and your ex partners showing how many galleries you created from 2001 till recently with my material.. I don't think you do..
Next.. as for the Indian site mafia idea.. That was back in 2000 I think and said jokingly but you obviously have no sense of humour. Back then there were only about 8 wm's in the world working the Indian niche as the sponsors didn't latch on till around mid 2001 at the earliest and we all seemed to be in contact with each other. The UK guys who I fought against in those early days are now good buddies and we often meet up and chat on the phone regularly.. In fact one of them does a lot to promote my sites these days. Back when we started in '99 we wanted to kill each other.
As for me not being rich.. How can I be when there are thieves like you getting away with ripping me off for years !!
Get a life and get legal..
