In Florida, it is only banned if more that 10% of revenues are derived from food.....so bars and nightclubs are still ok with it.

Personally I think that banning smoking in someones private business is communistic/facist.

People who think that a resturant is a public place are crazy. A resturant is someones PRIVATE BUSINESS. How is it that a legal product cannot be used in someone's private business? What is someone doesn't like smell of beef, or is alergic to a common spice....should they impose their own things on every business owner? If it is YOUR resturant, and cigarettes are a legal product (which they are), then who is anyone else to tell you that you can't have cigarettes on your own property, in your own business?

I hate the smell of cigarettes, BTW, but I can't see how this is not a gross restriction on the rights of business owners to make their own choices as to what they will and won't have on their own premises.
