ah man grilling is a fucking art. get yourself about 50 lbs of charcoal. don't ever use gas it sucks balls. some hickory chips, and go to town.
if there's one thing i've learned it's that you can literally grill anything. soem of my favs are baked potatoes from the coals, whole roasted rotisserie chickens, and strip steaks smothered in onions and cheese.
