Delicious Chicken Satay -
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 t. black pepper
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. ground coriander
1/2 t. turmeric
1 t. fresh garlic
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. vegetable oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. Thai fish sauce
Marinate chicken 2+ hours in above ingredients. Cut into strips and grill on skewers. My family's favorite
Also works great with shrimp instead of chicken.
