I put my cell phone on Ebay, and some guy from toronto opted for the Buy It Now price. He wants me to go ahead and send out the phone before I get the cash.

yeah right! like i'm going to trust someone from across the border with a 0 feedback rating. i am guessing this guy will end up not paying at all.
