Constitutional Amendment to Protect Democracy?
Can someone explain this to me?

Democracy in the United States shall consist only of the union of one Republican candidate and one Presidency. "When the President enjoyed eighty percent approval ratings," McClellan explained, "it wasn't really necessary to change the Constitution to guarantee his succession in office.
