It is my understanding that it has to do with one of the latest Mickysoft updates where the password that is sent to the website in the form:
http://username:password@<a href="ht...ursite.com</a> no longer works.
We have recently implemented a work around but this requires the user to now type in the username/password that is now displayed on the Verotel page when the billing starts (previously this was sent via the browser redirect command using the format above.)
