Think I mucked this one when posting!!
Perfect Nav most people have experienced it!!
Basically it comes with Kazaa when you download it!! there isn't really a way to remove it unless you uninstall Kazaa!!
Other than that you can normally remove it using spybot or any other spyware software!!
