Baker, a former Playboy lingerie model of the year, said she was tricked into signing an open-ended talent release contract when she appeared in a 2002 video, and then they used her to plug hard core products. Baker had agreed to do a strip tease on "Backyard Wrestling Babes," but refused to do any wrestling. In her lawsuit, she claims she was told the video was going to be done in a high-class manner and would not be in any way graphic. Wow, you sign to do Backyard Wrestling Babes and you expect it to be done in a high-class manner.
