I've actually thought about renting an office myself, on and off...when my gf decides to work at home (which she does quite often) I hardly get anything done. I think I might be interested, yes. It's not a good time for me at the moment though, I'm leaving for South Africa in a couple of weeks...are you in a hurry with this thing?
