Work Out Injury.... Need Advice.
I decided to work out for the first time in my life on Thursday. I was doing calf presses off a ledge. I only did 8 sets of 30 but the next day the hurt was on and today (which isn't logical because it's been MORE time) I got out of bed and took my first step and thought I was going to die. Anything I can do for this and how long does it take to go away?
I seriously can't get around without leaning on furniture and grabbing walls.
