Anything I can do for this and how long does it take to go away?

I seriously can't get around without leaning on furniture and grabbing walls.
I have been doing pilates on the exercise ball for a week now and I already see a difference. It's low impact but it works great! Maybe you should start with doing yoga or pilates to get your body used to working out. Then after a month or so go onto weight lifting or whatever it is that you want to do. You can't just get off your butt after sitting on it for however many months etc.. Your body is not used to doing much work thus the hurt. Take it slowely and you'll be just fine and happy with the results Making yourself hurt doesn't mean you'll see results And I cannot stress this enough...READ!! As much as you can about exercising and eating right!
