I think anyone who can post and look at such stuff is seriously disturbed but hey it's your choice and I sure as hell don't wanna stop you.
If they interview you, how about telling them that this shows how far all of those surveillance cameras are invading our privacy. Mention how bad it got in Asia and the UK and how this incident is sending a message.
Do you have the right to publish it? I believe that you do. If someone sent that tape to the press, wouldn't they do the same? Didn't they show us images of Iraqis beating up on dead Americans yesterday? Are the families of those dead Americans in Iraq gonna sue all the news channels?
