If you are in the UK or can arrange to have a UK bank account I recommend
www.globalcharge.com. They accept Switch, Solo and Electron debit cards as well as Visa/MC..
They pay directly in to your UK bank acct aproximately 35 days after the end of a month and not weekly but they are very reliable and their support is ok
I use them as my secondary processor after CCBill
