i lived in SF for 20 years, all my kids were born there.
made my first big money as a real estate broker there.
if you want to live anywhere in CA bring your checkbook or go on welfare.
we had a saying about SF.
"San Francisco is like a big bowl of granola. Once you sift through all the fruits and the nuts, all ya' got left is the flakes."
pretty town though.
