Exactly, unless you specifically say he can not do this in your TERMS he wil own you what ever amount it is. A lwayer would take this on for a cut of the settlement.
His lawyer will argue that he was showing how honest you are as a paysite, how easy it is to reverse or terminate the sign up. That you are not one of these disreputable sites that entice people in and make it impossible to cancel.
He will also argue that you have such a great site that no right thinking surfer could possibly see it all in 3 days and would happily stay the whole month.
Now what would your lawyers argument be?
You would end up paying 2 lawyers, the affilates cut and a penalty for the court to decide.
