Osama's going to be dead soon anyways... he's in his 70's, on a respirator, and hiking around in a dense mountian range.
Catching him won't make any difference, it wasn't even him that planned the 9/11 attacks, it was Mohammed Atta. Bin Laden is just the Al Qaeda figurehead.
