I have gotten a bunch of requests on ICQ and I authorized them all but I was working so I just closed the box. I didn't hit add to contacts. A bunch of people said they had trouble with ICQing me so I went back and requested to add them to my contacts and now they can.
Is that normal? If it is and any of you are having trouble ICQing me email me at
[email protected] with your ICQ # if you don't want to post it.
