My billing company will be offering 900 Billing. If I don't get the money from MCI, I would still payout what is owed. Even if it meant working out a payment plan with each company. It's just bad business, to say to your clients "tough luck", but we want to keep you as a customer.
Have you asked your billing company if they dont get paid by the phone company will you still get your money ? I highly doubt it. These billing companies process transactions, they are not a insurance policy. I will go back to the sales analogy, if you are in a commision setting until the customer pays you dont get paid. Its that simple and I go back to my original statement if you didnt get paid for 900 why did you keep the option up?
