There is no tech support for NT....fortunately, the sales person who told us there was..is no longer there...we've had one hell of a time with Direc Pc...but, we are in a situation where we have little choice. We live in rural Georgia and there is no hope of cable or DSL. Satellite is our only choice. In the beginning, DirecPc did have a dial up and then did away with it in early June, I'm thinking. Their only dial up was for Atlanta, so if you live there, you might have that option.
If you do order from Direc Pc..may I direct you to the people who sell the product.
