to understand some of the wholes, or to help flesh out the story lines , pick up the animatrix too. That gives a lot of insight into the thinking behind the series. I liked them all, but if you watch and rewatch very closely, in the second you see small clues of the 3rd movies's characters here and there. Stuff you miss seeing it just once in the theater. People like the train station man and his family are in the restraunt of the second film for a brief second or to. then I believe there is a tie into trinity and Persphone as maybe one and the same in the timeline... to the point that maybe neo IS the magiviolin (?spell) think about that and rewatch that a few times. I dissmissed the 2nd movie as fluff when I saw it too the first time, but the brothers really went deep onn some of the real real small details. I'm anxious to get #3 to see if it is the same for it. I'm most interested to see if I can see any hints for the architect, as in the animatrix irt refers to the architect as mankind itself. not what we are led to believe are computer programs on face value from watching the films. It may be there is a HUMAN control that overseas the whole matrix afterall, and the machines are just another tool for mans oppression of his fellow man.
yeah.. I have no life.
