have you tried the Jesus Clicks program?
I find that their program is best because not only do they pay 5 cents per blind, the 2nd exit popup window goes back to your own site!
So if someone clicks on the link form your site, doesnt like what he sees, and closes the window he is not bombed with 2-3 more popup windows from the program!
He is poped up with one, and when he closes it, the 2 nd popup is of your site, the site that he origianlly came from!
