looking for a decent designer that knows how to do basic cross-browser front end coding like html and j-a-v-a-s-c-r-i-p-t (although php, etc would be a plus)

this will be a short term contract with the potential to go a lot longer depending on the quality work and passion of the designer

will need things like banners, galleries, fpas, hpas, etc
