I've been using
AdultHosting.com for a couple of years, the service & support have been very good. Ben set me up with a custom plan so the billing has been a little tricky, but the support has been quick to fix any problems.
If you are looking for a great deal, check out
TheXXXHost.com . I have a couple of accounts with them, it's the best deal I've found so far for hosting.
