Both has its pros and cons but which would you prefer? One benefit of working for a company is that you have a steady paycheck coming in regardless of what your company did that week/month. Owning your own business can have its ups and downs and a static paycheck is really non-existint.

For those who have done both, please let me know how you feel about this. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
