Go to a counter with toplists like sexlist, sextracker or hypercount. The most TGP are listed in categories like "free", "thumbs" or "others". Check the tgp how much galleries they post daily, and how much traffic goes to trades.
And then trial and error: submit, wait, count. And again and again. There is nothing like a common law, how much traffic a tgp can send. Some send nothing even if you play the rules, because a reviewer don't like your style or has seen your content 20x in the last week. And I'm sure some tgp don't post your galleries, until they think they can trust you.
If you're working in a niche like teen, check the corresponding category on the counter toplists. There are some tgp listed like wild-cherries, tonlyteenz or ttt who can send 10+K to a teen gallery.
