hey davidd, how big of a fucking idiot are you? Almost every point you listed there is total bullshit and easily punctured by anyone with even a passing knowledge of current events. At least Carter TRIED to rescue the hostages and genuinely do something about the situation, as opposed to Reagan, who gave them arms which are still being used against us, and who held meetings with the terrorists while he was still a CANDIDATE for president. Love the strong stand Reagan took after Beirut, the whole 'turn tail and run' thing is really effective. Oh, but it was the Congress' fault though, right? Because Reagan was too weak to get a resolution passed?
