We never be as popular as the old boxers simply because boxing matches are no longer shown on public television. Now, one must purchase a pay-per-view to watch a boxing match which the masses don't have access to. Thus, limiting a boxer popularity. Don't blame Roy Jones Jr. for his lack of mass appeal, blame the boxing industry.
