2. I see this on your site: "We will be paying you $.08 per raw click with no shaving! No Conversions!"
And in your terms (small text link at the bottom of wm signup form).
"We reserve the right to terminate or switch grossly unproductive or suspicious traffic to more appropriate programs. Where there is no formal conversion ratio to maintain on our 8 cents per click programs, webmasters who send zero sign ups or many thousands of hits with few sign ups will have their accounts closely reviewed for cheating, as our rules generally ensure traffic quality. Cheaters will be terminated, but if your traffic is just not converting, we will ask you to change to our pay-per-signup program."
Sounds conversion-based to me.
1:1000 RAW is a decent traffic ratio for a pay site, but I'm sure that you won't pay $80 a signup for very long. And I send 100,000 clicks in a day and one signup, you'll pay me $8,000 if I display your banner properly? Yeah right.
