Why do I think someone asked for MY help again ?

Anyways, TBirds can easily handle temps around 55 deg. C, but it should usually be a lot lower, even under full load. For example my PIIIs, that are even o/c'ed by 233Mhz each run at 35 deg. under full load (SETI@Home, 5 Q3 sessions with full detail and Folding@Home simultanously) ; usually TBirds aren't a whole lot hotter than that. Well, you can take a look here http://hardocp.com/reviews/cooling/roundup0601/
to see a good write-up on heatsinks. I am sure you can find a good one there (The DragonOrb kicks ass). Make also sure you have a good thermal paste on the die to help the heat transfer. If you want, hit me up on ICQ and I'll talk to you for hours about that shit
