You get it, and I can tell you that many higher ups in the industry want a lot of people to keep quiet about this- i spoke about it last night on the evening news here in my city- I kept it as brief as possible and tried to explaing that it's unfortunate, but it's representative of any business anywhere in the world- You have good people in every industry, and a few bad ones as well.

It's not good from a liability perspective for the agents and producers, and AIM. It is raising a lot of eyebrows, and in a year that has seen a horrible media story with " Bella Donna's Prime Time Live", infighting between Larry Flynt and Rob Black over his obscenity charges in PA, and his consequent impending trial. The" right wingers" are having a field day.

In an election year that is seeing "Mcarthyism" re-flourish- the Right Winger's have launched an assault on our freedoms. Starting with Janet Jackson's bare breast at the Superbowl, Howard Stern and Bubba "The Love Sponge's" FCC fines-, and now the mad push for the "V" Chip- The government loves this kind of bruhaha. It's just unfortunate that an industry that can make over 13 Billion dollars annually can't police itself 100%

Then again, I don't know of any other industries this profitable that can say the same thing. There are loopholes and glitches in the system in every industry. Should we attempt to unionize the industry? That's laughable- You can't even get pornstars to all show up at the same time for shoot. Should the industry be responsible for the health and insurance of the performers? A good idea in theory , however it'd be so high risk for studio's to insure this kind of " labor force". it would no longer be such a viable business.

From what I am seeing in the media, I am only seeing and reading about the HIV infections and how it could or couldn't have been avoided. I still have not seen or heard too much regarding the coaxing of her from Canada to the States to do work she didn't want to do- Which we know is not the case. She willingly performed and no one put a gun to her head- Was she uneducated about the perils of HIV?

However the media as this progresses and the story loses it's steam would love to push the boundaries right now with the use of words like " Double Anal"- I smell it coming ( no pun intended).

Just my
