It points out that you could be responsible for having links to sites that are illegal, and that you could even be responsible for promoting sponsors with questionable content. The article also brings up a good point about not "not being too chatty" on the boards because prosecutors might be monitoring them for info. Just something to be aware of for all you guys that post "how much pot" you smoke and all that other good stuff in a PUBLIC forum
