I have done quite a bit of my own content and heres what I pay...$100-$150.00 per hour. I always shoot 3 complete sets and the longest its ever taken me was an hour and 15 minutes. Thats PLENTY of cash for Softcore first time models. Different story if you are working with an experienced porn model,but most likely you wont be. So dont offer more. Here are a couple things that have helped me find girls willing to work.
1)Get business cards made. They will do wonders when you are talking to some girl you dont even know about getting naked and having pics taken! This will help quell there worries some about what kind of perv you are!.
2)Get a good female scout to help you recruit. Pay her a small finders fee for every girl she brings you that shoots. Another girl will be able to bring many more girls in then you will.
3)Use that female scout at all your photoshoots. Have her do most of the communication with the girls and always present at the shoots. This will make your new girls fell much more comfortable.
4)If you are wanting to do extreme stuff. Always start out light. Dont ask if she is willing to stick baseball bats and large cucumbers up her ass! LOL! Dont even talk about it. Do a few softcore poser shoots. Then later on,ease her into it. Dont even talk about it before the shoot,lead her into it suring the shoot. For some reason,these girls feel more pressure to perform while a shoot is taking place. Many times,if you approach it this way,you can get shots that they would have never agreed to beforehand!
But really,the single best thing you can do is find that female scout to work with. Shell make $$$ for doing nothing but recruting girls. Shell do a better job at it than you,just because shes a chick. Shell make the girls feel a lot more comfortable as well.
