The application utilizes standard web protocols that emulate posting from an HTML form to the targeted page. The time depends upon several factors..the speed you are connected at, the speed of the site you are connecting too, and the traffic at any given point in time on the world wide web.

I guess at 15 minutes for 27 sites you are talking about roughly 33 seconds per site at that rate. I think that this is a fair amount of time but that would also depend on the factors I mentioned above.
