The installation Bootstrap is from Microsoft. The application was compiled on a Win2K advanced server.
I am going to contact tech support at Microsoft and find out what the deal is with Visual Basic applications on ME systems. Is it possible for you to email the exact error message you received and at what point in the process you received it please.
