I am also on WinME. Windows told me I was trying to copy and older file than one on my machine. I kept mine.
I got an error also saying that an error occurred while registering the file c:\Windows\System\msjro.dll
Then while running the program I got a runtime error 2147467259 (80004005) That one may have had something to do with ZoneAlarm though. Not sure.
I restarted it and it ran fine.
