drew, contrary to popular belief, at least with CCBill, we do not adjust the scrubbing on a daily basis to help alleviate chargebacks that may come in a few weeks or months later.
And I do agree with you, if a ratio suddenly drops, then I think that it would become a priority to investigate it; absolutely
However, by investigate, I don?t mean to stop at the processor, I mean to look at your server traffic logs to see if your hits to the ?join? page decreased, or are the # or percentage of declines up or down, or is there a specific decline reason, does your card go through, etc?.continue the troubleshooting rather than stop at ?must be the scrub?
The process is completely auditable, every decline and the reason for which can be retrieved
