They've been around forever.. I actually semi-know the owner (he admins an EFnet IRC server.. a friend knows him fairly well). They actually are fairly large in the NYC area, and have some very decent peering. We almost hosted some machines with them, but our annoying-ass piece of shit partner lives in NYC and we didn't want him fucking things up.
